Our 2-day camp focuses on technique, strategy and conditioning. Campers will experience professional coaching and conditioning from some of the top coaches in the Inland Empire. The following is what each day looks like:
DAY 1 8:30-8:40 Team Talk 8:40-9:00 Dynamic & Static Stretch 9:00-9:30 Individual Positions Agilities (Line, Backs, Receivers) 9:30-9:35 Water Break 9:35-10:00 Individual Positions Technique Session 10:00-10:30 7on7 or D Line v. O Line 10:30-10:45 Morning Break (Snack and water) 10:45-11:15 Individual Positions Meeting 11:15-12:00 Individual Positions Skills Session 12:00-12:30 Full Offense vs. Full Defense 12:30-1:00 Lunch 1:00-1:30 Heads Up Tackling Session 1:30-2:15 Offense / Defense Group Session 2:15-3:00 Scrimmage 3:00 Camp Ends DAY 2 will include a special teams session as well as a conditioning period. |

Elite Force Football Camp

Elite Force Football Camp is for every football player; for those just starting or those that have experience. By working with our college, high school & youth coaches, each athlete will learn more than just football! They will be taught teamwork, self discipline, consideration of others and how to reach their full potential on the field and in life. We will also stress the importance of achieving success in the classroom, and how achieving success in both athletics and academics can change their life.
